Positive ovulation tests for 2 weeks means?

I started testing at CD 16 and received positives until I finished the test. I used Answer Daily Tracker and I thought that maybe I was using a bad batch so I had my husband try one but his came back negative. So why am I testing positive every day and I don't test in the morning because of the fact I know that we have LH in our system already. My cycles are 35 days long and my menstrual isn't due until Dec. 8th. Also I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms so I don't think I am pregnant. Has anybody went through this? I took a HPT but it was negative. Will wait til I miss my period to test again. If you have gotten pregnant...how far along were you to receive a BFP (big fat positive) HPT (home pregnancy test) because if I am pregnant I am only 4 weeks and a couple days along and seeing that I don't know when I ovulated I don't have a clue how many DPO (days post ovulation) I am. I am going to test Dec. 8th if my AF (Aunt Flo) doesn't come.
