Do you hate "Little Britainers"?

I once went on holiday with friends to Spain travelling over land by car. We stopped at a restaurant for a break and a nice lady who spoke pable English said she could do us a ham sandwich, when the sandwich's arrived all the makings were present on the plate ham, salad tomatoes and mustard but not laid out in the traditional British way, my friends walked out grumbling out loud about Foreign Muck leaving my self and my better half embarred and having to pay. needless to say we did not holiday with them again.

Losing weight on Atkins induction?

I am in my second week of Atkins induction ( I plan on doing an extended induction) and have only lost 2lbs. I eat under 1200 calories a day at the most, and always under 20 carbs. What am I doing wrong? The ketostix show that I am in ketosis... so shouldn't I be losing weight?

Were Shannon Sharpe's comments in the CBS postgame show accurate or were they in poor taste?

Following the Steelers/Ravens game, Sharpe's only words were "That was one of the most poorly officiated games.....ever." Just wanted thoughts on his comments.

Did I eat enough today?

No, thats not enough calories, the main problem will be you'll cut back really harshly like this for a few days then be so hungry you'll crack and eat rubbish for a day, thus cancelling out all the starving yourself and making you feel bad. Eat a big breakfast (string cheese wont fill you up!) medium lunch and small dinner and have 5 fruit or veg a day.
