Did I eat enough today?

No, thats not enough calories, the main problem will be you'll cut back really harshly like this for a few days then be so hungry you'll crack and eat rubbish for a day, thus cancelling out all the starving yourself and making you feel bad. Eat a big breakfast (string cheese wont fill you up!) medium lunch and small dinner and have 5 fruit or veg a day.
