I need to ask a person that works for Verizon phone company some questions about there service!?

someone help!!! I need to know If I can go through Verizon! Im 17 (18 in April) my phone is broke ( I go through Boost) and yeah tired of it. so I was wondering, do I have to be 18 to go through Verizon? If I do can I get a parent to be a co signer?
