What are the grounds if like you file a case that youre husband is presumably dead?wil ur marriage be voided?

its like what would happen if in your current marriage contract states that husband is presumably dead 2 years ago? would it end the marriage? philippines law? please help. id really appreciate it. badly needed to know.
