Do you hate "Little Britainers"?

I once went on holiday with friends to Spain travelling over land by car. We stopped at a restaurant for a break and a nice lady who spoke pable English said she could do us a ham sandwich, when the sandwich's arrived all the makings were present on the plate ham, salad tomatoes and mustard but not laid out in the traditional British way, my friends walked out grumbling out loud about Foreign Muck leaving my self and my better half embarred and having to pay. needless to say we did not holiday with them again.
