Why children!?!? have they done something wrong?

The problem you are dealing with is fanatics facing other fanatics, neither wishes to give up land at all. And children are caught in the middle with nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. I agree with Mr. Kraehenbuhl. Put the children someplace safe and out of the militaristic zone. until, someone actually does that, they become casualties of war.
