I agree that the threat of a lawsuit is always very real, uming the other party has the money to hire attorneys to go after you. I also agree that you need to follow the procedures in order to dissolve the LLC. The best advice I can give to you is to gather and organize all of the doentation of the money that you invested in the LLC and the investment account. If you funded both of these and she did not, then you should not have to worry about this money being wrongfully taken from you. However, you may still have a fight in front of you to prove this.
