Why the Cavs haven't sign T-Mac yet?

Why the hell the Cavs do not have Tracy McGrady on their roster? They lost LeBron... whatever! Cleveland should spend less time whining about loosing LeBron and More time thinking on how to replace him. And T-Mac may not be the same that he once was, far from it, but he is the closest thing of a LBJ in the free agency market. So why the hell do not take a flyer on a guy that in the worst case scenario may fill some seats?
