I'm looking for the name of a sci-fi tv series from the 80s.?

It's about a group of people who can warp from one place to another, often by jumping and then being transported to another place. Their enemy is a big green guy called something liker 'Spiker' with one eye sitting up in some spaceship. That's all I can remember!
