She has not called me?

I got this beautiful girl's number from my college biology cl two months ago, now i heard about the three day rule. So i decided to wait to call her, well before you knew it i figured the longer i wait the better. I mean she still talks to me in cl, so i figured i was doing good. Now i called her last night, and she did not respond. All of these websites said the longer you wait the more she will miss you. Do you think she will respond to me tonight or tomorrow, i am confused abut this. Maybe i shouldn't of waited 2 months, my plan backfired now.
