What is the weirdest food you've eaten that tasted awesome?

I grew up eating Oxtails and they are soooo delicious. When I tell people that they kinda make the Ewww face at me. I guess I make the same face when people tell me they eat tripe or chitterlings. Ick! What is the weirdest food you've eaten that you absolutely love?
