Whats the truth about the military air force, navy, marines etc.....?

It was once said in a film " You Can't Handle The Truth " and I believe that this is what you are up against. The Military is a necessary evil that enables a nation to exist in peace because of the threat of reprisal to those that would attempt to take it away. The greater the threat, the less chance that you will be attacked. Look at history and you will see that the strong survive and the weak are destroyed by the more aggressive force. We as a nation must keep a clear and present show of strength to ensure that peace is the over all out come.
