Wouldn't Will Ferrel feel uncomfertable kissing guys?

Will Ferrel is willing to go to crazy lengths for a laugh. He knows he's not gay and his wife knows it so kissing another man to make an audience laugh doesn't mean he's enjoying it. It's just part of a scene, it's called acting.
