About spouse visa to canada?

i am now living in bagladesh.my wife is now living in canada for 2 months and she had permanent residency in canada.my wife had sponsored for me and applied for me for my immigration and permanent residency in canada 1 month back.now my wife wants to visit in bangladesh.is there any problem occurs regarding my immigration and permanent residency application to canada if my wife visit bangladesh right now?
